$10,000 for an introduction that becomes a customer

If you know companies struggling with integrations, systems that will not talk to each other, or data nobody trusts, an introduction is worth ten thousand dollars to you. You do not have to sell anything, and there is nothing to register.

What we do, in a sentence

Companies spend a large part of their IT budget keeping integrations alive between systems like ERP, CRM and e-commerce. Those integrations break whenever something upstream changes. Teams end up maintaining connections instead of building anything new.

masterVantage builds those integrations automatically and re-maps them when the connected systems change, so the maintenance work stops coming back.

That is enough for an introduction. You do not need to explain the product, and we will never ask you to pitch it.

who is worth introducing
  • The person. CIO, CTO, head of IT, or whoever owns integrations and data.
  • The company. Usually 200 employees or more, running several core systems.
  • The symptom. Integrations that keep breaking, a migration that keeps slipping, or maintenance costs nobody can justify.

How to make the introduction

  1. Put us in touch. A group email, a LinkedIn message or a chat thread with both parties on it. That thread is the referral. There is no form and nothing to file.
  2. Leave the wording to us if you want. If you would rather not write the message yourself, ask and we will send you something you can paste.
  3. Optional, and only for your benefit. If you would rather know whether we are already in conversation with a company before you spend any social capital on it, send us the name first and we will tell you straight away.

Put post@mastervantage.tech on the thread and the referral is yours. Nothing else to do.
Or ask us first whether a company is already in our pipeline.

Terms

Written out in full so there is nothing to argue about later.

  • What counts as a valid referral. The company has not been in prior contact with us, you introduce us directly to a relevant decision-maker, and the introduction includes both parties on the same thread. We decide whether a referral qualifies.
  • Nothing to register. The introduction is the record. A thread with both parties on it is timestamped and unarguable, which is all we need. You do not have to tell us in advance.
  • The fee. $10,000 USD per qualified referral, paid once. There are no recurring commissions or revenue share.
  • When it is paid. Only if the referred company signs a full annual licence agreement and has paid its first invoice in full. Payment follows within 30 days of us receiving that payment, against a valid invoice from you.
  • What does not qualify. Proof of concept work, pilots, trials, unpaid engagements, and discounted or non-standard agreements unless we have approved it in writing.
  • Conflicts. If two people introduce us to the same company, the earlier thread wins. If the company is already in our pipeline or in dialogue with us, no fee is owed.
  • Your position. You are not an employee or representative of masterVantage, and you cannot make commitments, quote prices or promise anything on our behalf.
  • No obligation. We are not required to engage with a referred company or to enter into any agreement.
  • Changes. We may modify or end the programme at any time. Changes do not affect referrals that have already qualified.
  • Acceptance. Making an introduction to us means you accept these terms.

Know someone who spends too much on integrations?

Send us the company name and who you have in mind. We will take it from there.
