Who we are
masterVantage AS is the data controller for personal data collected through this website.
- masterVantage AS, organisation number 935 964 458
- Registered address: Sigbjørn Obstfelders vei 2, 0782 Oslo, Norway
- Contact: post@mastervantage.tech
What we collect
- Information you give us. When you submit the demo form we collect your first name, company, work email address, and anything you choose to write in the free-text field.
- Basic analytics. We record aggregate visit data such as page views, approximate country and referring site. This is collected without cookies and is not used to identify you.
We do not use advertising trackers, we do not sell data, and we do not run cross-site profiling.
Why we collect it
We use what you submit to reply to your request and to prepare for a demonstration session. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you initiated. We use aggregate analytics to understand which parts of the site are useful.
How long we keep it
Demo enquiries are kept for as long as the commercial conversation is active, and for up to 24 months afterwards. Ask us to delete yours sooner and we will.
Who else sees it
Your submission is handled by our website host and our email provider acting on our instructions. It is not stored by either of them. We do not share it with anyone else.
Your product data
Separate from this website: the masterVantage engine is deployed inside a customer's own infrastructure. We have no access to customer data processed by it, we receive no copy, and none of it reaches external model providers. Nothing in this policy grants us access to it.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to our processing, or ask us to restrict it. Email post@mastervantage.tech and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied you may complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority, Datatilsynet.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
